I have been eating at Olive Garden for over 15 years.  I really never have a negative experience.  I ate at this locations on Sunday June 16th for dinner.  I so wanted to give this a 5 star review.  But I had a little bit of a negative experience with the 'call ahead' option.  I live about 35 minutes to the closest Olive Garden.  It was father's day so I figured it would be really busy, so I called ahead.  They said it was about a 35 -45 minute wait for a party of 7.  I said ok, great, put me on the list.  I drive 35 minutes, and I get there and I expect to wait maybe 10 minutes worst case scenario.  I go to check in and let them know I called ahead, and they say it's going to be a 35 - 45 minute wait.  I asked what is the point of calling a head if I have to wait the full time.  They explained something but it didn't make sense, I talked to the manager and she tried to explain it, but she didn't do a good job, because I still don't understand how it works.  I get a feeling that someone didn't put me on the list when I called because after I spoke to the manager, we were seated about 5 minutes later.  Seemed like they made a mistake and got us in as soon as I can after I talked to the manager.

Besides that it was a great experience.  We were hungry so it made the food taste even better.  Everything tasted good.  I got the Chicken Alfredo, and my wife got the 5 cheese ziti.  The waitress did a very good job and was nice.  I have never been disappointed with the food at Olive Garden.  I also have never had better Alfredo except one friend of ours who cooks an Alfredo sauce on her own.  I normally get the Chicken parm and add a side of cheese tortellini.  That is also very good.

Olive Garden offers affordable Italian food. The actual pasta is good or not so good depending on which pasta you choose. My favorite is the five cheese marinara with angel hair pasta. I'm also a major fan of the chicken and gnocchi soup!

The wait time can be long depending on which day of the week you visit, but you can always order online and pick up at the restaurant.

    So my draft disappeared
Last time I was here was about 1 we ago or so and the service was phenomenal. Our waiter was courteous and attentive. He checked up on us effectively. Offered bread which is grand. Made short but good conversation. It was a good experience as the food met our expectations! At the end he offered a fresh salad to go which was going above and beyond.

Today came back and we were greeted plus seated promptly, always a plus. Service was cordial but not as engaged as the first time. She did offer the samples of wine which should be two. I had a question about the menu and she wasn't too sure but asked a coworker and then we were squared away. The food came out as expected and all ingredients were accurate. The wine was good too! I will capture a picture next time but it was the St Michelle Chardonnay. Today no offer for salad or bread.

Happy Father's Day, Not! I arrived at 11:12am on Father's day and requested a booth for my wife and I. Mind you there were less than 15 cars in the parking lot. I could see five vacant booths from where I was standing.

I was asked if a half booth or a table would do, I responded no thank you. She asked what about a booth in the bar area, I responded how about a booth over in this area, pointing to the dining area. I don't have any was the response.

I left and for obvious reasons and will never be back to this location. Went to Texas Roadhouse, had a great meal and was greeted like it was Father's Day. Establishments like this one just never get it, how you are greeted and treated when you enter a place normally is a sign of how the rest of the stay will be. I realized very early on that this Olive Garden wasn't going to be a place to eat that day or any day. Thanks to Texas Roadhouse for going the extra mile on Father's Day!

They offer this electronic kiosk thing at each table. I pressed the Call Server button since I was ready to order and nothing has happened for quite a while. The red light is blinking at the top, but that doesn't seem to mean anything. Hmmmm

Different experience tonight 3/31/3916 at 5:30 pm. What amazing service, breadsticks that were hot, extra olives in the salad, and they let us substitute shrimp for the meat in our Tour. The service was impeccable! "Davis" was our server. Ask for Davis.
